Madison had a joint baptism with her friend Josie Swingler. In addition to being our nearest and dearest, Josie's parents, Sarah and Jackson, are Madison's godparents. The day went almost flawlessly. We three were a little late (Johnny's primping routine has gotten out of control! ;)) but once Madison got her beautiful gown on (thank you Grandma Gunther, [GG]) the ceremony went wonderfully. The cutest moment: Before the ceremony we brought the babies near each other and the little cuties held hands. Ugh. Seriously?! It doesn't get any cuter.
Godmama Sarah's uncle John performed the baptism and the babies behaved. Our goddaughter, Charlotte Swingler, wasn't too thrilled with the whole thing and wanted to swim in the holy water, but she got a grip eventually and looked freakin adorable in her polka dotted dress.
